Paramount Pictures has released the first movie poster for Michael Bay's bodybuilder comedy "Pain & Gain," which stars "The Rock" Dwayne Johnson. The poster features a tub of protein powder with the movie title covering a biceps muscle.
The official synopsis from IMDB.com reads:
Pain and Gain centres on two bodybuilders, portrayed by Mark Wahlberg (The Fighter, Ted) and Dwayne Johnson (Journey 2: The Mysterious Island, G.I. Joe: Retaliation), who try to make a fast buck through kidnapping and extortion, only to find themselves in way over their heads. The script has been written by Captain America: The First Avenger scribes Christopher Markus and Stephen McFeely, and sees Wahlberg and Johnson joined in the cast by Ed Harris (Man on a Ledge), Anthony Mackie (The Hurt Locker), Tony Shalhoub (Monk), Ken Jeong (The Hangover).Here's the official movie poster (click to enlarge):
Pain & Gain will be released on April 26, 2013 and will be The Rock's third movie release of 2013.
